Can you make (X) for me?
Possibly; it depends on the demand for it. Due to cost constraints and manufacturer limitations, I need a substantial response to an idea before I can place an order for patches.
For the best chance of your idea seeing production, post in the current patch thread on Ponychan to see what sort of reaction it gets.
Viable ideas that have a small following may see production, though at an increased cost due to manufacturing constraints.

How do I contact you about an idea or question I have?
Email me at [email protected] or post in the current patch thread on Ponychan and I will get back to you as soon as I can, most likely less than 24 hours later.

Why patches?
Patches can be attached to almost anything made of fabric: backpacks, shirts, coats, etc. If you can iron it, patch it. They also allow for custom placement and are perfect for someone wanting to add some poni flair to a garment they already own.

How long will my order take to arrive?
I ship on Monday and Thursday. Patches are shipped via USPS in a standard 2-window envelope or 9x12 envelope(large orders) with a First Class Mail stamp. You should expect to receive your patches within two weeks of ordering in the continental United States, though there could be a delay beyond that depending on how busy I am at the time.
If you need your items by a certain time, please let me know when you order. Sometimes due to other responsibilities I can't get to this for a long while.
